Reproductive Carrier Screening and Preimplantation Genetic Screening

Description

Changes to Medicare funding to allow a wider application of genetic testing for specific genetic conditions has created a larger audience of women and families turning to GPs to evaluate risk for genetic disorders. This can be a challenging area for many GPs to navigate and potentially counsel patients on outcomes.

Join A/Prof Indika Alahakoon, and Reproductive Specialist, as she shares why and when to test for families, and the complex conditions identified using these new technologies.
