Heart attack with normal epicardial coronary arteries

Description

Chest pain is a common presentation to many GPs clinics. Determining between urgent and non-urgent diseases can be challenging in the presence of normal investigations. New clinical evidence has shown the presence of coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD) is more common than previously thought and may often be the culprit.

Join Dr Gunasekara, Interventional Cardiologist, as he shares insights into the diagnosis and management of this common condition seen in General Practice.
