  3. Develop an action plan to respond to positive experiences, reinforce the connection between healthcare professionals and patients, and improve patient outcomes
  4. Develop an action plan to respond to negative experiences and rebuild trust to improve safety, service quality, patient experiences, and outcomes 
  5. Develop an action plan to prioritise experience improvement with the practice team to improve service quality and patient engagement.
