Finding accredited CPD
According to the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety (hereafter, the Royal Commission), Australian residential aged care (RAC) inadequately caters to the physical, social and psychological needs of older people. The Royal Commission states that aged care requires “a philosophical shift” that centres on people receiving care and establishes “new foundational principles and core values.”
