In this 4 part series video, Dr Lan-Hoa Lê shows how to practice mindfulness and provides tips on how to take a 'brain break'. Additionally, she demonstrates how to pose and how to breathe for better self-care.


Learning Outcomes

  1. Differentiate between mindfulness and meditation and recognise the significance of being ‘present’ in the moment
  2. Identify simple mindfulness practices to incorporate into daily routines and understand the concept of “brain breaks” and their role in mental rejuvenation and stress relief
  3. Appreciate the significance of maintaining the correct body posture for overall health and effective mindfulness practice
  4. Master breathing techniques that promote relaxation, focus and emotional balance.
