This five-month online learning program is designed for junior doctors, medical students, and international medical graduates (IMGs) preparing for a wide range of medical MCQ examinations used in Australia. The course provides a structured, high-yield approach to revising core clinical knowledge, applying Australian evidence-based guidelines, and developing advanced MCQ-answering skills.

Through weekly live sessions, theory-based teaching, unlimited software-based mock tests, and extended access to a curated MCQ question bank, participants build the clinical reasoning and exam technique required for success across diverse assessments.

The program also includes dedicated modules on emergency medicine, imaging interpretation, ethics, statistics, ECG, ABG, and commonly tested high-yield topics to support safe and competent clinical practice. Recordings, progress analytics and individual performance monitoring are provided to support flexible and personalised learning. Participants receive a certificate of completion and can claim 150 CPD hours on completion.

Learning Outcomes

1. Apply core clinical knowledge across major disciplines (medicine, surgery, paediatrics, O&G, psychiatry, emergency, orthopaedics) in a multiple-choice exam format
2. Interpret Australian-relevant guidelines (eTG, RACGP, hospital protocols) and integrate them into clinical reasoning and decision-making
3. Demonstrate strong MCQ-answering technique, including identification of key phrases, prioritisation of diagnoses, avoidance of distractors and safe-practice reasoning
4. Analyse performance data through software-based mock test analytics, identify strengths and weaknesses, and adjust study strategies based on objective metrics
5. Solve clinically-oriented MCQs under timed conditions, replicating exam-style pressure and improving accuracy and speed
6. Interpret core investigations, including ECG, CT/MRI basics, chest X-ray, CTG, fundoscopy images, and ABG patterns
7. Strengthen understanding of medical ethics, communication, consent, medicolegal responsibilities, and statistics, enabling safe and professional clinical practice
8. Engage in ongoing revision through access to class recordings, theory notes, and a comprehensive MCQ Q-bank for up to 10–15 months depending on enrolment tier.
