The NCSP bundle is a series of five evidence-based eLearning modules designed to support health professionals in delivering high-quality cervical screening care. Developed by the Australian Centre for the Prevention of Cervical Cancer (ACPCC) in collaboration with the Department of Health, these modules are suitable for GPs, nurses, and other healthcare providers with an interest in cancer screening 

Module 3 equips healthcare providers with the tools to effectively communicate the importance of regular cervical screening with their patients. On completion of this module, healthcare providers will be able to use strategies to increase screening participation, particularly among under and never screened populations, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Learning Outcomes

1. Identify strategies to communicate the importance of cervical screening to eligible people in a culturally safe and inclusive way
2. Identify strategies or approaches to increase participation specifically in populations that have higher rates of being under-screened and never-screened
3. Identify approaches to increase participation in cervical screening in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
4. Recall the National Cervical Screening Program Guidelines cervical screening recommendations for people who have received the HPV vaccine.
