Course Overview:

Through engaging and interactive content, you will learn strategies for providing safer, more culturally responsive care, helping streamline consultations and support better patient outcomes.

In 'Unit 1 - Knowledge', we will cover:

• An overview of Australian cultural diversity and relevant government policies
• Insights into common prearrival experiences of migrants and refugees that affect engagement with services
• How language services can help shape your practice.
