The Ayurveda Awareness Summit is a three-day online educational initiative presented in recognition of Ayurveda Day 2026.
Ayurveda Day provides an opportunity to increase awareness and understanding of one of the world's oldest continuously practised systems of healthcare and to explore its contribution to preventive health, healthy lifestyles and whole-person wellbeing. Designed for both the public and health professionals, the summit brings together twelve live educational sessions that introduce Ayurvedic principles in a practical, balanced and accessible way.
Topics include:
- Why many people don't feel well despite normal medical tests
- Small daily habits that support long-term health
- Healthy routines for modern living
- Stress, sleep and nervous system regulation
- Behaviour change that lasts
- Understanding the Ayurvedic consultation process
- An introduction to Panchakarma
- Guided Yoga Nidra for deep rest and recovery
The intention is not to replace conventional healthcare, but to encourage informed dialogue about prevention, lifestyle medicine and whole-person care while increasing public understanding of qualified Ayurvedic practice.
Why Ayurveda Day?
