Finding accredited CPD
This module is deliberately not a wellness session or a welfare programme. It opens with an uncomfortable finding across 46,336 workers in 233 organisations, people who took up individual well-being offers were no better off than colleagues who did not and builds from there. Well-being is treated as a performance and governance subject, not a benefits topic.
You will work through the four domains elite sport develops as a single system, and the load-and-recovery model that explains why two people in identical roles have very different outcomes. From there, the four pillars the evidence supports movement, sleep, psychological detachment and connection each with an effect size and a caveat. The physical foundation section gives you the dose: how much movement, what the evidence says about the plate, and an honest account of alcohol.
The second half is a governance conversation. Psychosocial risk is now a legal duty in every Australian jurisdiction, and you will map hazards in your own area against the hierarchy of controls. The module closes with measurement, eight findings each carrying a dose and an owner, and a thirty-day plan.
This is a self-paced online module of approximately 90 minutes to 2.5 hours, best taken in bite-sized sittings rather than one run. It is structured in six parts, and every part ends in something you do: six exercises, two action checklists and five case studies.
A short survey is completed before you begin and again at the end, so you can see your own shift. The exercises build on one another, the opening Honest Audit sets the baseline the recovery architecture in Part 4 works from, so order matters. One exercise, the Detachment Experiment, runs across five working days outside the module.
No prior knowledge is required and a notebook is recommended. An optional quiz is available for participants seeking CPD points and a certificate. The module is the physiological and organisational counterpart to MindZen in the ecosystem.
A certificate of completion will be issued after the successful completion of the 20 question multiple-choice quiz which relates directly to the program's content.
