Mastering CKD 2026: CKD & Type 2 Diabetes

Description

This Virtual Locum session explores the intersection of Chronic Kidney Disease and Type 2 Diabetes through a guided real patient case, bringing the realities of day-to-day primary care decision-making into focus.

Join an expert faculty as they unpack key moments from a real consultation, exploring how risk can be recognised earlier, treatment decisions prioritised, and opportunities identified to optimise outcomes before progression occurs. This session will focus on interpreting eGFR, uACR and blood glucose results in combination, and applying these insights to practical treatment decisions, including when to initiate, intensify or refer for further care.
