Finding accredited CPD
Every year in Australia, about 80% of newly diagnosed cancers are skin cancer, resulting in over 1 million patient consultations with GPs annually. Doctors perform approximately 720,000 surgeries annually to remove skin lesions suspected to be cancerous.
The Dermatology Mini Audit and Practice Review seeks to enhance participants' diagnostic and surgical proficiency. It provides feedback on lesion diagnoses and offers comparative data on optimal surgical interventions. This review aims to boost confidence among GPs who have fewer skin cancer patients compared to their peers by reviewing their patient outcomes in light of the learning offered in this course.
