In this seminar, Associate Professor Kara Allen presents The Women's Empowerment and Leadership Initiative (WELI), which established a dedicated chapter to mentor and support women, non-binary anaesthetists, and pain medicine specialists in pursuing equity, promotion, leadership, and career advancement. She also reviews the evidence underpinning these initiatives and examines the methods used to evaluate their effectiveness.
