Finding accredited CPD
The Information Security for Health Sector Organisations training is a CPD activity that will provide updated information about the Privacy Act (1988), Security of Critical Infrastructure Act (2018) (SOCI Act), introduction of the Cybersecurity Act, and My Health Records Act (2012), understand data security and privacy in the context of general practice and how to apply best practice and comply with the Australian regulation and legislation. The training will also include how to identify data breaches and what to do when that situation occurs. This will help GP with the knowledge to confidently identify and manage risks and run a compliant practice.
