Description

IPN exclusive Peer Group Learning (PGL) in General Practice brings many advantages and benefits to group general practice. It encourages a multi-disciplinary approach to general practice, fosters skills in leadership and consensus and assist in developing skill in teamwork, interpersonal relations, communication and Problem solving.


Learning Outcomes

  1. Develop a wider range of knowledge and skill acquisition
  2. Develop active listening skills, critical thinking and problem solving
  3. Determine group goals and values
  4. Identify gaps in my knowledge and skills and address them
  5. Assess information on a particular clinical scenario, analyse this information and reach agreement on general conclusions.
