Our professional coaching programs are designed to support doctors to actively work on and take up their professional roles, whether it is a new appointment, or an existing role(s) that presents specific challenges or opportunities in the period ahead.  

The program consists of 10 X 1hr coaching sessions engaged in over 12 months with pre and post work completed for each coaching session. Coaching sessions are scheduled to fit in with your busy schedule and are conducted over zoom.

Professional coaching supports doctors to:

• Clarify the issues and opportunities at play
• Better understand the organisational system their role operates in and the organisational and team dynamics at work
• Identify their professional goals and the actions they need to take to achieve them
• Reflect and gain personal insights that inform their thinking and decision making
• Build high performance teams, departments, practices, and organisations
• Be a better leader, manager, and colleague
• Enhance their reputation and professional brand by developing their professional skills
• Advance their career by supporting them to be the best possible version of their professional self.
