Culture plays an important role in how people communicate, collaborate, make decisions and perform, particularly in complex and demanding healthcare environments.
This two-hour online program, broken into nine bite-sized sections, takes a practical approach to understanding, measuring and improving culture within teams and organisations. For medical and healthcare professionals, developing a stronger understanding of culture can support better alignment, clearer communication, stronger collaboration and more consistent team performance.
You will explore how culture influences performance and examine proven models for building trust, accountability, psychological safety and shared purpose. These capabilities can be particularly valuable in healthcare, where professionals often work across different roles, disciplines and levels of responsibility while managing competing priorities and pressure.
Dr Conway draws on his experience working with executives and high-performing teams globally to provide practical frameworks and techniques that can be applied across professional environments. The program also provides tools to measure progress, maintain momentum and reinforce positive behaviours.
Develop a stronger foundation for culture and strengthen the conditions that enable healthcare teams and organisations to perform at their best.
This is a self-paced online program of approximately three hours, delivered across nine bite-sized sections. The sections build progressively from understanding culture and its impact on performance through to practical approaches for strengthening and sustaining positive team culture. The program is designed around short learning segments, practical exercises and opportunities to consider how the concepts apply within your own professional environment.
Participants will explore frameworks for understanding culture, trust, psychological safety, accountability, alignment and collaboration, and will work through practical activities designed to help assess and strengthen team culture.
No prior knowledge is required. The program is suitable for medical and healthcare professionals, including those leading, supporting or working within clinical and non-clinical teams. It is also relevant to professionals seeking to strengthen the cultural conditions that support effective communication, collaboration, leadership and sustained performance across healthcare organisations.
